In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Ingelyt, S.L. (Herein Ingelyt) informs the user:
I- In order to access or make use of some contents and forms that are contained within this website, Ingelyt may request the user to submit certain personal information.
II- Data supplied by the user in accessing and making use of the contact and subscription forms that they access by means of the primary URL www.ingelyt.com, or via the telephone to the number given at this same domain, will be immediately processed and be incorporated into the corresponding archive, which is the responsibility of Ingelyt, S.L. (hereafter, ‘the holder’) located in Calle Reina, nº 17, 1º, 28004 – Madrid (España), and registered in the Spanish General Data Protection Register.
III- By submitting this data, the user consents to and expressly authorises Ingelyt to collect and process such personal data which is required in accordance with the purposes and under the terms described in each case. Data will be handled in complete confidentiality and will be used in order to:
- Facilitate both the general development and performance of the www.ingelyt.com website, including the ability for users to participate in the website if they wish to do so.
- Offer, administrate, manage, and improve the services and products offered by the same website.

VI- Automated decision making, profiling and applied logic: The company will NOT make any automated decisions.
VII- The user may request their information telematically at any time, when the chosen service is required.
VIII- Recipients. Whilst it is being stored, Ingelyt will not share user information under any circumstances, except when we are legally obliged to do so or in order to execute contracts or services that it have been established with the user.
IX- Security Measures. Ingelyt has equipped this website with the appropriate technical measures to meet the legally required quality standards of the sector, so that we can guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of our communications to the highest degree.
Notwithstanding the above, the user recognises and accepts that the transmission of information over the internet is not always secure and communications may be intercepted by entities that are not authorised to do so. We cannot guarantee the security of your Data transmitted to the website.
X- Rights. The user may exercise their rights to access, rectify or remove, restrict controller processing, object and withdraw their consent for the controller to hold their data or use it for specific digital services. Therefore, all information provided by the user may be removed. The user may exercise these rights telematically, by sending an email to email@example.com or through a written request that is addressed to the address of THE HOLDER. In both written and digital formats, this request should indicate “personal data” as a reference and include the specific right which the user wishes to exercise with their claim.
